We are a non-profit faith based culturally specific organization tailored to serve the Hmong and Southeast Asians Homeless population within the Twin Cities metro area. Our mission is to provide emergency shelter and essential resources to the Hmong and S.E. Asian communities. We offer a culturally sensitive environment where individuals and families facing homelessness can find safety, support, and a pathway forward. Our approach addresses the root causes of homelessness, with a unique focus on individual needs—whether it’s addiction recovery, mental health support, addressing abuse, or nurturing spiritual well-being. Through compassion and faith, we empower those in need, guiding them to overcome barriers, rebuild their lives, and achieve lasting well-being with dignity and hope. Every Tuesday, Hmong Haven of Minnesota serves the homeless community by offering a traditional, home-cooked meal. Along with providing nourishment, we share a message of hope through the gospel, offering prayer and ministry to those in need. We also address individual concerns and provide essentials upon request, ensuring that those we serve have access to necessary resources.
