I, as ChristieLegal, help clients divorce and/or handle a child custody case in a way that saves them tens of thousands of $ and at least 6 months in the court process, if they are at least somewhat amicable!!!

First, I help clients through divorce &/or child custody cases by providing them with legal info. and helping them mediate agreements on the issues. If necessary, then I refer them to an attorney for legal advice. Second, I write the court documents. Lastly, I help them through the much simpler & quicker amicable family court process.

Of course, only people who are at least somewhat amicable can use this process.

CL's fee rate for helping clients in this way is $165 per hour. The down payment is $1,000 to $2,000. All services are paid for ahead of time.

Second, I help clients who have a child custody order remediate the order and then possibly change the order.

CL's fee rate for helping clients in this way is $195 per hour. The down payment is $1,000 to $2,000. All services are paid for ahead of time.

Third, I help clients who have started a conflictual divorce &/or child custody case end it amicably and more quickly.

CL's fee rate for helping folks in this way is $195 per hour. The down payment is $1,000 to $2,000. All services are paid for ahead of time.

Lastly, I mediate with parties who are involved in a highly conflictual divorce &/or child custody case.

The down payment is the number of hours of mediation, paralegal, and administrative services times $225, with a 2 hours minimum.

I give a 10% discount for my heroes - military members, law enforcement & corrections officers, firefighters, EMTs, social workers, mental health care providers and drug and alcohol addiction counselors, & teachers, & veterans of those careers, and low-income folks (both parties together earn under $40k per year).
