InControl is a company dedicated to promoting wellness at home and improving the quality of life for adults with disabilities. We educate, engage and empower our clients with preventative wellness programs, enabling them to incorporate wellness as a way of life with as much independence as possible. We adopt a holistic approach to wellness, emphasizing four key pillars: Physical, Emotional, Social and Nutrition.
