By partnering with corporations, nonprofits, and community organizations, TC-BEN helps employers invest in retention and inclusion while providing employees with meaningful ways to connect. Our mission is clear: to create spaces where Black professionals can build lasting relationships, access resources, and feel a stronger sense of community in the Twin Cities.In addition to our signature programs, TC-BEN offers event planning and production services for clients.
